My vague dating company idea > you sign up, take a brief interview/quiz > You’re sorted into a 6 week volunteering program with 12 single people > You put a deposit down, and if you don’t attend all 6 the deposit goes to the volunteering org Solves a few problems 1) people want to volunteer but volunteer orgs don’t want people just coming for a day, they need slightly longer commitments 2) you’re more likely to be attracted to someone if you spend time with them proximally and work on things together 3) deposit means you won’t just come then ditch after the first day 4) there’s a light sort based on volunteering interests
