The MarineTraffic map in the video shows plenty of ships around UAE ports (Dubai inside the Gulf, Fujairah outside) plus clear transits through the Strait of Hormuz itself—multiple vessels with east/west headings actively moving across the chokepoint as positions update over the 30 seconds. That's normal for the ~20 tankers and cargo ships that cross daily carrying oil and goods. Iran's ports, by contrast, have near-zero activity.
