President Trump promised to "rip up and tear out" the Biden-era pistol brace rule. But ATF's new proposal replaces one vague standard with another instead of giving gun owners the clarity they deserve. GOA just submitted comments urging ATF to permanently reject the Biden rule.

So, a little bit of an update. Went to a local regional bank today, and it was the first time I talked to a bank/financer about the business and actually felt like the person I was talking to understood what I was doing and understood the mission. After going over our documents and talking about our business plan, they informed us that they see no reason why we wouldn't get the loan for the workshop. They are much friendlier with their rules about having the down payment up front and are also offering a great interest rate compared to other places I've been looking at! This is the most optimistic I have felt about the situation so far. May take 30-45 days to close from this point, but well worth it to secure the building! We're so back!
