ខ្ញុំក៏សូមថ្លែងអំណរគុណ ឯកឧត្តមអតីតប្រមុខរដ្ឋ ប្រមុខរដ្ឋាភិបាល អតីតប្រធាន អនុប្រធានរដ្ឋសភាទាំង១១រូបដែលបានចំណាយពេលវេលាធ្វើដំណើរមកកាន់កម្ពុជា ដើម្បីធ្វើជាសាក្សីនៃដំណើរការប្រជាធិបតេយ្យនៅកម្ពុជា។
យើងធ្លាប់បានបោះឆ្នោតសកលជ្រើសរើសតំណាងរាស្ត្រ ៦លើករួចមកហើយ និងលើកទី៧ ឆ្នាំ២០២៣នេះ មានអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍មកពីក្រៅប្រទេសច្រើនបំផុត និងមានឥស្សរជនជាន់ខ្ពស់ច្រើនបំផុតមកចូលរួមសង្កេតការណ៍។
On behalf of the Royal Government, I warmly welcome all the 333 excellencies from 65 countries and international institutions who are visiting the Kingdom of Cambodia to observe the 7th National Assembly general election, to be held on Sunday, 23 July 2023.
I would like to thank his excellency the speaker of the Parliament of Malaysia and the prime minister of the Republic of Guinea-Bissau for the direct observation.
I would also like to thank the 11 former heads of state, heads of government, former presidents and vice presidents of the National Assembly for taking the time to travel to Cambodia to witness the democratic process in Cambodia.
We have already organized the general election for six times, and the seventh general election in 2023 has received the largest number of foreign observers and the highest number of dignitaries coming to observe the election.
