Matches like this make u realise that we can’t have time for sentiment when it comes to players, if we want to move up a level you can’t give the likes of trippier and schar new deals, served us well, move on and buy some real quality, same with burn next summer when his deals up

@toonyjat I’d say his attitude absolutely stinks. He has to be fit by now and that’s the only reason Howe would be keeping him out. Particularly as signing him was all Howe. Pound for pound the worst signing we’ve ever made.

@NUFC_Fanatic Honestly, I think part of the problem is having Dan Burn beside him. He’s playing while keeping one eye on burn knowing that he has zero pace and it’s all on him to do all recovery work. Put in beside a better centre half with pace and I think we see the early season Thiaw return
