Second problem: a claim needs something to check against. Asking another LLM "is this true?" just swaps one set of hallucinations for another.
So we match every claim to the customer's Knowledge Base, their verified ground truth. Accurate or inaccurate, with the source that proves it. Across every major AI engine.
Nothing off the shelf did this. Proud of the team.
