I’m known for transparency. How is this. We at crushresearch.com are doing a crap job this last week on shipping. Multiple reasons. Using Zelle and Edebit for payment requires me to clear a lot of orders manually. This obviously slows things down. To make things worse, my computer crapped out on Monday night so the last few days I’ve been trying to do everything on my phone. Friendly remind to not freak out when your labs come back "abnormal" especially if you trained right before. Creatine kinase (CK) can shoot up AST often rises. ALT can rise a little, but AST usually moves more than ALT when it’s training-driven. LDH can rise. Kidney-looking stuff that gets “worse” from training or dehydration: Creatinine can rise BUN can rise eGFR can look lower because it’s calculated off creatinine. Electrolytes can shift: Potassium can bump up transiently (usually mild). Phosphate can change. CO2/bicarbonate can shift depending on ventilation and lactate load.
