🚨 Artemis II Rollback Delayed — NASA Now Targeting Wednesday 🚨 Due to weather along the Space Coast, NASA is now targeting early Wednesday, Feb. 25, to roll the Artemis II Moon rocket off Launch Pad 39B and back to the Vehicle Assembly Building at Kennedy Space Center. LIVE coverage on TLP will begin No Earlier Than 11:00 AM EST (Start time subject to NASA confirmation of rollback time and weather.) Cold temperatures and high winds on Tuesday limited preparations at the launch pad, and teams need additional time to ready the vehicle for transport. The 322-foot Space Launch System rocket and Orion spacecraft will make the nearly 4-mile journey aboard the crawler-transporter, a slow multi-hour operation expected to take up to 12 hours. NASA is returning the vehicle to the VAB so engineers can gain direct access to investigate and repair a helium flow issue within the Interim Cryogenic Propulsion Stage (ICPS).
