@BarackObama I just finished reading “Handmaid’s Tale”. It should be a far fetched tale of a dystopian future that could never happen, but it’s a little scary in light of recent events.

@dburrows1972 @2_5adm1ns Raspberry Pi is a pretty bad idea at any kind of scale beyond "one hard drive, and I'm prepared for it to be a bit wonky every now and again" due to the USB-only, well, basically everything on it.

@jrssnet @2_5adm1ns I have several raspberry Pi 4's laying around. Is ZFS reliable on a raspberry pi? Or is that a really bad idea? Also, can syncoid be used to backup to a remote system, such as Backblaze B2?

@jrssnet @2_5adm1ns I am using ZFS. However, my issue is that I don't currently have another x86 / x64 machine to set up as a backup server. For now I'm going with syncoid / sanoid on the server to a usb hard drive.

@Ell_o_Punk I feel that “cybersecurity” is an overused term that no one really understands similar to artificial intelligence.
