@AustinHockeyYT organizational problem, not coaching. There’s plenty of examples of the opposite happening too (Podz, Savoie, Kapanen, etc) GM/AGM/pro scouts need to sync with coaches and have a cohesive organizational vision that finds good players *who also fit the style* the Bednar/Avs way
