@DCShawn4U @DCShawn4U, egress during a fire is always a concern. This is verified in the fire review and again during inspections prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. Acceptable egress does not mandate access to a parking lot, but to the outside away from danger.

@Walmart @WalmartInc Why are the freezers STILL inoperable at the H St. NW in DC? The freezers have been out since 12/26. Not only could new parts been ordered to repair the freezers, brand new freezers could have been ordered by now. Unacceptable!@councilofdc @dcra @MayorBowser

@dcra @DC_DOB Thanks for the clarification. What’s the process for reporting the applicant (Dilan Investments) for submitting falsified documents? Both the roofline and 2nd floor bath are wrongly represented, which smacks of pretext to avoid permitting and historic review.

Is it common for @dcra @DC_DOB to start reviewing a construction permit before the neighbor notification period has closed? 🤷🏻‍♀️ Asking because it just happened to us.

@FarmGirlInDC @FarmGirlinDC, after hours illegal construction may be reported to 311. The websites for the Department of Buildings and the Department of Licensing and Consumer Protection launch tomorrow when the agencies begin service to the District (as noted on DCRATransition.dc.gov).
