@DCShawn4U @DCShawn4U, egress during a fire is always a concern. This is verified in the fire review and again during inspections prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. Acceptable egress does not mandate access to a parking lot, but to the outside away from danger.

How come the Walmart on H St & First st, doesn't have stairs to the basement parking lot, isn't it a fire hazard? @dcra @alanhenney @fox5dc @nbcwashington

@MzSherice @MzSherice, unless the retailer is selling food out of inoperable freezers, this is a matter that is best directed to the retailer or perhaps DC Health. Let's add them to the conversation. @_DCHealth

@Walmart @WalmartInc Why are the freezers STILL inoperable at the H St. NW in DC? The freezers have been out since 12/26. Not only could new parts been ordered to repair the freezers, brand new freezers could have been ordered by now. Unacceptable!@councilofdc @dcra @MayorBowser

Electricity demand in the District is expected to rise sharply between now and 10am Dec. 25. This will put a strain on the electrical grid & we're asking residents to help conserve electricity if they're able.

@dcra We've been trying to resolve a situation with incorrectly entered inspection updates for a property for weeks with no return calls or emails. Can you please have Christopher Bailey reach out to help us resolve? Thank you!
English

@MyFULL2CYNTS @MyFULL2CYNTS, we are happy to assist you if you DM your license number so we can reach out. As I mentioned, this changed happened a few years ago and has not presented a challenge for customers.
English

@notjustanepi @DC_DOB @notjustanepi, there is not enough information, even with the drawings, for me to respond adequately. If you DM the address of the project, I may be able to provide more information.
English

@LindsayCanYouC @LindsayCanYouC, yes, it is correct as indicated in the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations. I do not believe it has changed recently.
