@Parkeology Wdw is my favorite but my wife prefers DL and after visiting again last summer I get it. The smaller size makes for a much easier lower stress trip. Plus I feel genie plus worked better there.

While Disney World has the “blessing of size,” part of the charm at Disneyland is the jigsaw puzzle of stacking 50% more rides into a tiny footprint. For example: The railroad goes through it’s a small world. Ever catch the parade from this angle?

I devoured these books, as well as a good portion of the Star Wars expanded universe books that came out afterwards. They aren’t perfect, but the storylines are vastly superior to the films.

@ByEricPratt This is insane. I don't understand having blackouts when you are literally paying for a subscription! They're still getting their money. I'm a Mets fan in South Jersey so the only games blacked out are the Phillies but still I get it. This has to stop!

My dad is 75 and lives in Iowa. He got the MLB Extra Innings package to watch the Tigers again this year - something he plans his whole day around. Tonight, Detroit (664 miles from his house) hosted Milwaukee (360 miles from his house). Couldn't watch. Blacked out. (1/2)

@MaxTGoodman I don’t think this team is talented. I’ve been rooting for Baty and Vientos but it just doesn’t seem like they’re major leaguers. I keep hoping we’ll develop some all stars out of our farm but it just never seems to happen. Stearns needs to go but then what?

Teams go through bad stretches. The Yankees were atrocious last summer. But the prolonged negative pace for the Mets dating back to the middle of last season is certainly alarming, and soon, someone will have to answer for it if things don't change. If so, who does?

I don’t think it’s his fault they suck, but you have to fire Carlos Mendoza on Monday. There aren’t many triggers you can pull to try and jumpstart a team this early on, but that’s the most obvious one.

Ronny Mauricio was once a Mets top prospect, and then a lot of unluckiness and bench time set him and his confidence back. Despite this, Mauricio is only 25, and still has a ton to prove, all he needs is consistent at bats for a team. My thoughts from his performance tonight.
