@coinbase Coinbase liquidated my assets without proper notice. Then reported my name to Wyoming in a corrupted, unsearchable format. I couldn’t even find my own funds without a hidden Property ID. If you can’t process a legal name correctly, how can users trust your system?

@CoinbaseSupport Coinbase states my assets were liquidated and sent to the State of Wyoming on May 9, 2024, yet I was never provided liquidation details, amounts, or notice. Transparency and documentation are still missing. Case 25748080.

Coinbase says my funds were escheated due to “inactivity,” yet also admits my account was forcibly liquidated because Coinbase Kenya shut down. Those explanations can’t both be true.

Coinbase keeps telling me to “contact Wyoming” while ignoring the real issues: unauthorized liquidation, undisclosed risks, and no records — that’s evasion, not accountability.

I have formally disputed this with Coinbase. If transparency continues to be denied, this will be escalated to regulators and legal counsel. Customers deserve accountability. Assets are not optional bookkeeping entries.

“Trust us” is not compliance. “State law” is not a substitute for documentation. Failure to disclose risk + unauthorized liquidation + refusal to produce records = serious consumer protection concerns. @SECGov @CFPB @USAGov

No records. No transparency. No audit trail. That raises an obvious question: Were my assets handled arbitrarily, at Coinbase’s discretion, without verifiable oversight?
