@_Zeets They couldn’t legally name him, so suspending him was extremely difficult. He played for Villarreal this entire season while actually still charged and I did not see one article on it. One might wonder why

This is nonsense. Once again, clubs suspend players while they investigate situations all the time. There is no requirement for an official charge or “video evidence” to legally get away with it. These are things you’re making up. A workplace is not the judicial system.

How this didn’t get given as offside is beyond me and just shows how officials have never played the game. Barry’s clearly offside, makes an obvious move towards the ball and forced Guehi to make a a decision, so he’s impacted the game. Awful decision with huge consequences

@Ndidi0921 Who are the best CMs in the past fifteen years? Kroos, Modric, Iniesta, Xavi? Pace is overrated. Intelligence matters more.

Mainoo has a lot of advantages, when we need to keep the ball in the middle he is our best bet, but lack of pace especially in the EPL is a worry for me, but if we can get him a young hustler, a solid midfield marshall beside him, who can also pass the ball, then we are good.

Another completely anonymous 78 minutes from Florian Wirtz. Not simply one of the worst signings of the season for £116m, but one of the worst first seasons on value for money in Premier League history. It remains a pure act of wizardry that he escapes real media scrutiny.
