Day 7/14 till I launch 🚀! Hold me to it 🤞 !! Today i've been working on the agent panel — managing fleets of agents and pulling sessions from all of them. I'm planning to make worktrees optional though. they tend to be overhead in most cases

Day 6/14 of building in public 🚀 Today I spent most of the day building new integrations, refining existing features, and improving the overall product experience. I also spoke with several users to better understand what’s working, what’s confusing, and what they want next

I just finished writing my most valuable PDF yet: "From Zero To Launch In 10 Days: How We Beat OpenAI on Producthunt + Got 1,000 signups + $4K MRR" (36 pages). I might charge for this in the future, but for now… Reply "MRR" and I’ll DM it to you for free (must follow)

We need to stop talking about product design in absolutes… there are no rules. Everything is made up. Do what makes sense and feels right.

@ddotdev A UI layer that sits outside the IDE but talks to your agents is exactly the missing piece — most IDE agents are powerful but the interaction model is still stuck in a chat box.

I can officially say uitool.bar has been the missing UI frontend for every IDE agent. I can’t stop using it while am building it. I rarely only my ide for ui changes Works with your existing stack and subscriptions.

@ddotdev @FirstHumanManu That sounds awesome! 🚀 Are you building this from scratch with your own code, or are you using AI to help speed up the process? 💻✨

most people open Cursor and start typing prompts. i open Figma first. 🎨 design the screen → map the data → then prompt the agent. the agent doesn't guess. it executes. what does your pre-prompt ritual look like?
