Today we're launching Goose Ads in Claude.
This is a skill /goose-ads that lets anyone make high-performing ad creatives directly in Claude, Claude Code, Cowork, or Codex.
Here's how it works:
1. Install the skill: npx gooseworks install --all
2. Run this prompt:
/goose-ads create ads for my brand
3. (Optional) Pick templates you like on the platform
The skill finds top-performing ads that companies are already spending $ on and generates creatives for your brand.
It also ensures that generated creatives are accurate to your brand's messaging, logo, assets, etc.
It's that easy.
But this is just the start.
We have created a library with 100+ open-source skills for growth that some of the fastest growing startups in the world are using every day to run ads, content, competitor research, gtm, seo and more.
Comment Goose and I'll DM you the full open-source skill library.

@ddttom That would be amazing - we'll have to see if we can make that happen. I'll be in Berlin for adaptTo() this year too - not sure if you're planning to attend.

The AEM Meetup in Columbus is today! As you may have seen, we had so many sign-ups that we had to get a larger venue, so we'll be meeting at Nocterra Brewing @ Audubon from 4pm-7pm today. The presentation itself will be at 4:30pm-5:30pm. Event Details & RSVP link are here - see you this evening! aem-augs.adobe.com/events/details…

@TurboDad Yes, tie it in with a CMSexperts, say next year in Frankfurt?
English

@ddttom Oh, if only I had an excuse to do a meetup in your neck of the woods. I'm sure there's an important reason we should make it happen. :)

If you want to get leads from ChatGPT, you MUST understand that ChatGPT doesn't search Google.
It pulls rankings from Bing's index and specific trusted sources.
Most businesses have no idea which sources matter.
That's why I mapped out an 8-step playbook on how to dominate Chat GPT recommendations.
Comment "GPT" and I'll DM the playbook.

This will be in textbooks.
Ukraine secretly delivered FPV drones and wooden mobile cabins into Russia. The drones were hidden under the roofs of the cabins, which were later mounted on trucks.
At the signal, the roofs opened remotely. Dozens of drones launched directly from the trucks, striking strategic bomber aircraft.
And — Russia can’t produce these bombers anymore. The loss is massive.
Nothing like this has ever been done before.

I built an AI agent that can processes 1000+ pages business documents automatically and answers questions like a $150k consultant
companies are paying agencies $3-8K/month for this exact system
here's the blueprint
the problem:
most businesses drown in documents, contracts, and reports sitting in Google Drive folders
employees waste 2.5 hours daily searching for information that already exists
my Solution (Built in n8n):
→ Auto-fetches new docs from Google Drive
→ Extracts key data using AI (PDFs, images, everything)
→ Creates searchable knowledge base with embeddings
→ Deploys smart agent that answers questions instantly
real results:
- client saved 15 hours/week on document searches
- reduced onboarding time from 3 days to 30 minutes
- eliminated $12K monthly consultant fees
(not bad i'd say)
I already know what you are about to say
"yeah but how hard would it be to build something like this?"
this workflow took me 4 hours to build
and I'm charging $1.5K setup + $1K monthly maintenance
why this prints money?
every mid-size company has THIS exact pain
they're already paying for solutions that DON'T work
you're offering them their own ChatGPT trained on THEIR data
the technical stack:
n8n for automation (free tier works)
OpenAI API for processing ($30/month avg)
Supabase for vector storage (free)
Google Drive integration (built-in)
TOTAL COST: under $50/month to run
Revenue potential: $2-4K+/month per client
how to find clients you are asking?
- pick 3 local businesses with document chaos
- build proof of concept with their sample docs
- demo the time savings live
close at $2K minimum
I'm seeing agencies scale this to $50K MRR in 90 days
the barrier to entry is knowledge, not capital
if you can follow a YouTube tutorial
you can build this
Pro tip → don't sell "AI automation."
Sell:
"instant access to your company's knowledge."
that's what they actually want.
"I'm too stupid I can't do this it seems complex"
wow in 2025 this is kind of crazy but...
OK fine, I got you covered
bookmark this post, follow me, repost, comment with 'AGENT'
and i'll send you the entire workflow JSON file
this is literally a business in a box

If you're an agency owner and your team is still struggling to create usable ads with ChatGPT, this is for you:
One useful tweak when remixing a winning format is to include a JSON breakdown of the template with an image of the template you're remixing.
In my tests it went from "completely unusable" to "almost production ready" (See 2nd tweet).
That's why I created a JSON prompt library for EVERY ad format.
Comment "beam" and I'll DM you the link.

I don’t think we’ve fully priced in what it means that a SaaS can be copied in 24h with AI and what’s that’s going to do to the $500B+ SaaS market
how it will play out:
new saas software pops up left, right and center at lower prices and creator-led
SMBs start to abandon their traditional saas providers
choosing between AI clones at 1/10th the price or creators-led brands they trust (why pay $100/month when a copy costs $10?)
enterprise stays with current vendors - they're buying stability, not features but even they demand 50% discounts when 100 competitors exist
10000+ new AI-first companies split $100B in SMB revenue
top SaaS companies keep enterprise but at lower margins
everybody pays less, market gets repriced and TAM expands
winners become indie hackers, bootstrapped founders and incumbents who move fast and break things
losers become complacent incumbent saas companies
the great SaaS repricing is coming
