Good advice to someone laid off because of AI. The thing is, every development team from now on will need writers to program the AI itself. English is the new programming language. But you gotta demonstrate mastery of AI, which requires 10,000 prompts. Some of my AI Artist friends have done more than 50,000 already. Use AI first for everything and you'll get there. Ask AI for help dealing with whatever you are dealing with. It gives great ideas for you to try.
