@O2 Thanks. For your reply. Im not sure if mine are going through or being ignored just highly annoying keep getting failed to send. Great to have my 4g back thanks for hard work! Just annoying having to get another networks sim to continue with work x

@deaddolly6667 Hi there. A small proportion of customers have reported issues sending text messages. We can see that the vast majority are being sent and received successfully and our technical teams are investigating. Our 3G and 4G data services are performing as normal.

Our 4G network was restored earlier this morning. Our technical teams will continue to monitor service performance closely and we're starting the full review to understand what happened. We are really sorry for the issues yesterday.

Update: Our technical teams have started to see 4G service returning to our network. We're hoping this will be fully restored by 3am this morning. We’ll continue to monitor the service and share any further updates on status.o2.co.uk

Our 3G data service is returning and we are confident it will be fully restored by 9.30pm this evening. Our technical teams will continue working hard with Ericsson engineers to restore 4G which will bring us back to full network service. More here: status.o2.co.uk

Come on @O2 i rely on my phone and now i have no signal at all! I cant use wifi to every home i go to. I need my phone for my job as a community carer.
