I'm always open to see how trades work out before getting too worked up as much as a 2nd seems like an overpay. That's also what you get at deadlines is overpay. He always seems to be a pain when we play NSH.

@DanMyers We really wanted to bring our 3 kids, but it was well out of reach for us. At least they got to see some of it on TV. Give us Fargo Force prices vs Minnesota Wild prices and we are in.

Precisely. There is too much competition in a major league sports town like the Twin Cities (not to mention the bevy of other regional hubs or large cities nearby) to charge those kinds of prices. You need to stand out from the pack from a pricing standpoint. Draw in new fans.

I looked at tickets to go with my kid to one US game ($150 per ticket) and one game from the other pool ($80 per). $460 plus food and travel was kind of rich to see 18 year olds, regardless of elite competition. Opted for the Badger game in Milwaukee that was dirt cheap.
