@CDNAPLSource ..& he wouldn’t be able to install it. My father has tried contacting the store & customer service MANY times over the last 2 wks with ZERO reply. Parents paid EXTRA $ for extended warranty. They are moving in a week. This company is despicable w how they treat ppl!

Not cool @ROOTS #Westmount to close earlier than your store hours indicate online, because of the stm strike, WITHOUT posting any notice online anywhere.
To have your hours listed as 6pm closing time, and for a customer to show up at 5pm…

@EternalSkinSpa has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a product TWO MONTHS ago, and the updates I kept asking for said the ETA was 1-2 wks…but every 1 to 2 wks, when I emailed again to ask the status of my order, I was told the same thing over and over.
