@aaraynsh Sometimes GenZ targeting marketers fail to understand that not everything needs to be marketed with memes and loud noises and colours. When the product is good and the brand is good, legacy and experience beats quantity by quality. Parle doesn't need wannabe marketing.

Can we kindly call out all types of CUSTOMER CARE SUPPORT in India? A decade back, it was at least in place, now it's nonexistent. Every app. Every service. A dumb "AI" just for the sake of compliance! No solution. None solving issues. How did we reach such a downfall?

I ordered food from @Swiggy at 3:20 PM with an estimated delivery by 4 PM. It’s now 4:50 PM and it’s still showing “Delivery partner is picking up your order.” When I contacted customer support, they just said, “You wanna wait or should I cancel the order?” No value for customers’ time? Do they think we’re fools? 🤡

What kind of customer care is this? Do you accept payment in a way like "Dear Customer, pay us after 24 hrs once you remember our food after you burp a day later, if you want us to pay"? No, right? You either want prepaid or COD, immediately. So why this on your part?

@imYadav31 20 years ago, there was the milkman who delivered milk to houses with his cycle & milk cans every morning. Bread & bakery seller in the evening. Just like newspaper hawkers. Kirana bhaiya delivering groceries at noon. Now it's wow because it's done with an app without emotion.

Zepto lets you schedule your orders now. Wow. Quick commerce is getting scary good. Need milk at 7 AM? Fruits before office? Snacks before guests arrive? Just schedule it and forget it. Not sure if any other quick commerce app is doing this so smoothly, but this is genuinely useful.
