This is good by @thetimes on why we need to have another look at the planning system for onshore wind if we want to increase the supply of cheap homegrown energy. The politics are assumed to be tricky but the technology is more popular than assumed. thetimes.co.uk/article/b79b24…

The implication here is that governments should lead on these. But what could business coalitions achieve by getting behind these? Working in p’ship with local govt? Reducing energy demand helps everyone.
