@virginmedia here we go again. 100% will be leaving when our contract is up. The WiFi is atrocious, loosing connection every 10/15 mins. Would rather pay more with another company that put up with this every few weeks!

@virginmedia This is getting beyond a joke now. @CitizensAdvice over 24 hours now with on and off internet. No messages from Virgin about this issues. All over Twitter people having these issues. How can I get help with this?
