Claude also has a unified pool of tokens that is shared among the chatbot, Claude Code and CoWork etc. This is seriously limiting, especially when compared to ChatGPT 🤦🏽‍♂️

Elated to share that my first ever grant application was successful! I've been awarded a solo Grant-in-Aid for Early-Career Scientists (#KAKENHI) from #JSPS to support my work on boundary-driven organization of proliferating cells. Excited to dive into this over next 3 years!

Just learnt that on an annual plan of ChatGPT, if you add a new seat in the middle of your year then the baseline is adjusted and you will still pay for the additional seat at a prorated basis for the remainder of the year, even if you remove that seat afterwards, before year-end

15.4 finally fixed the wifi issues with some older Cisco access points. Can again work from office without needing to carry a LAN dongle around 😌

Nothing changed even with 15.1. Office WiFi still doesn’t work on the work laptop! Their current solution is to refrain from updating to Sequoia. I wonder how are they gonna deal with new Macs which will have Sequoia pre installed! 🤷🏽‍♂️

Pi-hole was not resolving any .ai domains. Digging through the issue via `dig` revealed that keeping DNSSEC enabled on Pi-hole was the culprit. The .ai TLD is DNSSEC-signed and if some .ai domain lacks valid RRSIG, Pi-hole with DNSSEC validation will fail to resolve it #TIL

@CreativeWolf I guess their argument kinda goes like this - blocking someone from viewing your ‘public’ content is censorship! Blocking should only be limited to reducing interaction with the content. Not trying to rationalise anything but I guess it’s something along these lines 🤷🏽‍♂️

@CreativeWolf Ah, I forgot that one can’t check profiles without logging in anymore. In that case, I think the current policy of allowing blocked users to see tweets is part of Elon’s grand idea of removing censorship and whatnot 🤷🏽‍♂️

@debsuvra Not without creating another account. The workflow has changed quite a bit. Besides, for a determined threat actor, a stalker case in point, with enough time there can be various ways and opportunities to carry out abuse. Idea is to not make it abundantly obviously easy though.
