4 weeks of doing my interim matron post and I have to say I have learnt so many new skills already. My teams have been amazing, supporting me while I learn my new role, thank you to Paediatrics for welcoming me and to Gynaecology. Let’s do some great things ❤️ thank you to Gwen, Sharon, Corrie for supporting me and believing in me 💙 means more to me than you will ever know 💙

@arrivamidlandsE absolutely outraged at the new 5/5a timetable. How can you change a 20 minute service to every 1 hour and 20 minutes at peak time?! It makes absolutely no sense! Thanks for leaving me no way to get to work (unless I want to be there at 7.50 for a 9am start?!

My 1st time at the MS Trust annual conference and certainly not my last! A great few days learning ways to enhance my practice and meeting other MS hcp's. And to top it off I got a sneaky little mention at the end for my work in the foundation module! 🤩 Xx #MSTconference2024

I'm heartbroken to share the news that we lost our beautiful Laura in the early hours of this morning.
She was fierce & tenacious to the end & it was truly the honour of my life to be her mum.
We are devastated at the thought of life without our girl, she was a force of nature💔

I couldn't imagine being anything else! My job is who I am...... I love what I do and am so proud to be a nurse!
I've had the pleasure of working alongside some incredible nurse over the last 15 years 💙

I walked onto this ward nearly 4 years ago in my baby blue uniform and walked out today as a proud senior sister of an amazing team.
