Excellent service on C32/STU @nottmhospitals today. Promptly seen, bled, scanned and dispatched home with a diagnosis & meds. In other news I feel I deserve a medal because I did a 13 hour shift with full day clinic then MAU with what is now known to be acute cholecystitis… 😭
