As a physician I think the worst kind of physician content is the “alternative” physician crapping on other physicians. “They only want to put you on pills!” It’s the lowest form of physician content life. Maybe you’re a doc who doesn’t use pharmaceuticals? Cool. Cool. Just post stuff about you. Your ideas. What you do. Don’t crap on other physicians. It looks awful. Now it might draw a certain low IQ angry grievance cohort that isn’t going to use your services but will be happy to like your turd posts. So I guess there is that.

@edwardbrgr Conan is the best.

Seeing Conan genuinely having fun and bringing real energy while hosting made me realize how corny Ricky Gervais felt in his last few Golden Globe appearances. Not that he’s a bad host or anything, but the whole “I don’t care, I’m just here to roast everyone” attitude started to feel a bit forced and pretty old after a while. Conan, on the other hand, actually seems like he enjoys being there and wants the show to be fun for everyone
