Application Ref.No.600062280426376. Kindly do the needful. There is lot of back and fort. My parents are senior citizens. Even after the safety inspection installation are completed the on grid system is yet to be activated resulting in heavy loss for us. Kindly help in resolving this issue.

The best tech personnel not only solve problems but also do so at varying levels of complexity and provide the nuanced reasons behind their choices.

Evidence of exceptional ability and asking how they solved hard problems down to the brass tacks level is what matters.
Those who actually deserve credit know the details of the solution, because it was so hard it got seared into their brain. The phonies and posers who falsely claim credit will flounder at the second or third level of detail.

Conducted 2 technical interviews today. Reminded me how serious of a task this is.
You get to decide potentially the next n number of years the person you are interviewing within the span of 30 minutes or so.
I have nothing but hate towards those who conduct interviews without a care asking dumb leetcode hard questions they themselves couldn’t solve if the shoe was on the other foot.

We lost atleast 4 matches even before it started. Akeal was a must in many games and you guys benched him for whatever reasons. Rutu’s intent got decimated after that Archer’s delivery. It was a rash shot against a premium bowler and it was bound to happen. I was expecting him to own rest of matches but it somehow got into him. Rutu is lot better than what he was through out the tour. Get better support staff. Overall fitness need to improve. Can’t imagine these guys fielding like this in MS captaincy. Faf, Raina na fielding panna team ithu. Kartik is good but not great. Has obvious weaknesses but show off is not good after one good innings.
