@talentfellow If it’s under 1300 cals it’s definitely food or water weight. It’s pretty common with restrictive EDs to not have a lot of bm because your organs don’t have the energy for it

I think my parents are mixing oil or ghee in my ketchup bottle beacause it’s impossible to gain 1.8kg overnight eating 1000-1300cals
