A whole army of influencers has been deployed to say the bank is not at fault! Well, @MoneylifeF is 17 years old, and we know how banks treat even educated people, how accounts are blocked (ours too - both personal and work) for KYC updates without EVER informing us it was due. So if you think this man was not given the run-around, you are either extraordinarily lucky (perhaps you don't have a bank account), or extremely naive, or have other 'motivation' to jump to the bank's defence!

Was looking at the fee structure of Shiv Nadar school in Noida. No way a person who doesn't earn by illegal means can admit his/her child here. Admission fees: ₹2.1 lakhs Caution money: ₹75k Foundations year: ₹1.11 lakh quarterly Why can't we have one country one school fees?

What do you think is the major reason for such hot temperatures in India? I can think of deforestation, concretisation of roads, rapid urbanisation and increase in consumption of electricity generated by coal operated thermal plants. Anything else?

Laughing at self has become the new formula in ads among celebs now, so much that it is becoming annoying now. Also, this doesn’t serve any benefit to the brand, if anybody is benefiting from it - it is those celebs at brand’s expense.

People avoid govt schools despite paying taxes and an education cess, because the system has failed to earn their trust. Private schools exploit this compulsion. With no real alternatives, parents are squeezed and intimidated. Here, a principal from a reputed private school in Hardoi is berating parents for buying books from a cheaper shop instead of the school’s designated vendor. The insulting tone, “shut up,” “naam kaat do”, says it all. Almost everyone with power in India abuses it to bully those without it.

@mainbhiengineer Our father’s generation was the last gen to get ‘thankful’ women who understood their responsibilities after marriage. They knew how to stitch things together. That gen was lucky. Ab toh mostly thankless, irresponsible, impatient hi hain dono genders.

Deepika Padukone, Anushka Sharma, Katrina Kaif all of them stopped working or doing very little work after marriage and kids. That doesn't make them a lesser independent woman, it only tells that if your husband is earning well and respect your hardwork for taking care of kids, it's wise to give time to your kids and family than going out and spend 10-12hrs on work just to show that you're "independent".
