People always ask me: "Don't you have problems with long delivery times?" No. Because I tell them exactly what to expect and actually follow through. Long shipping isn't the issue anymore. Poor communication is. Here's the EXACT system we use: (bookmark this) 1) Pad your delivery estimate If delivery normally takes 10 days, tell them 13-14 days in the order confirmation. When it shows up in 9 days, they're pleasantly surprised instead of annoyed it's "late." Under-promise, over-deliver. 2) Explain why shipping takes longer Don't hide it. Tell them upfront: "We use international warehouses to keep costs low and pass those savings to you." 3) Send proactive updates every 2-3 days Use Klaviyo to send shipping status emails automatically. Not every day - that's annoying. But frequent enough so they know the order is moving. Most people wait until customers email asking "where's my order?" That's too late. They're already frustrated. 4) Add a tracking page to your site Let customers check order status themselves without emailing you. Ask your supplier for last-mile tracking so it doesn't show "Shenzhen, China" in every update. Makes it feel more professional. 5) Response time under 4 hours If someone emails about their order and waits half a day for a reply, they're filing a chargeback. People have zero patience. Reply fast or pay the price with chargebacks and bad reviews. Most dropshippers ignore all this and wonder why their Trustpilot score is 2.3 stars with "shipping took forever" complaints everywhere. Slow shipping + clear communication beats fast shipping + silence every time.

Day 17 of retardmaxxing my way to $1k/day as an affiliate with meta ads: Took a few days off posting because the second offer I was gonna run is also temporarily down. The only ads I have running are cheap engagement ones for the fb page to keep the ad acc spending. I'm cooking up new UGC ads for the second offer so I will be ready to launch as soon as it's back (hopefully tomorrow). Used the downtime to get some personal shit out of the way. Did a border run to reset my visa, renewed passport, extended apartment lease. Everything is set up for me to focus 100% of my energy on affiliate.
