@Deliveroo Spent nearly 1k with Deliveroo, never complained. Delivery Friday night went to the wrong address, app says successfully delivered, ‘security’ code clearly isn’t very secure. Refund refused, asked for chat transcript which wasn’t sent in full. Top customer service!
