Nothing drives me more wild than fitness models and generally very fit people telling us it’s okay to look bloated, flabby and ‘fat’ - then doing a montage video of them looking no such thing. Like please it’s not a marketing tool you’re just winding everyone up

@BritishGas I couldn’t agree less that you’re committed to improving your customer service. Every month for 6 months I’ve had to attempt to speak to someone who clicks copy and paste.

Congratulations @Deliveroo for having the WORST customer service in the history of all companies. Shocking. Restaurant calls us to say they are NOT OPEN but orders been accepted and they won’t refund us for the food that is not going to arrive?? Call the effing rest. And refund

Gas - I can somewhat understand but I’ve had heating on from 12pm until 7pm and that was £3.90. I work 5 days a week. Heating goes on a bit in the morning, bit in the evening. Owe just under £500… there’s me and a 4 year old… am I missing something here?

So @BritishGas claim I owe nearly £1.7k. I’ve had a smart meter fit for me and my 4 year old (entire household) and today I’ve been home all day and spent less than £2 on electricity. Since weds, we have used £5 worth. How am I being charged £133p/m on just electric? Owe £1296…
