You can cut using grass cutters that go KES14k a piece and normal rakes for small acreage. The 500k needs a tractor this doesn't,comes fully fit for purpose. We don't have to smell scams everywhere. Plus farmer evaluates their situation.If you can afford tractor and baler go for it by all means.

@mmghenyi_ @demeterfarms You still need a tractor to cut and rake the hay. A used Klaas baler is 500k. I fail to see how this will move the needle especially since its manually fed. Sounds like a scam to attract funding.
