@alexd When people are used to getting something for free, they hate to suddenly pay. Our business is hard because it is a new catagory. Companies don't have budget for follow-up after a demo, even though it is a huge pain point.

I don't understand why people refuse to pay Twitter Blue $8 a month but spend 10x more ($80) for LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

@TheCoolestCool I absolutely agree with all of this. We haven't found our community yet. It is people in SaaS Sales, that do online demos and are early adopters.
