DA leader, Mmusi Maimane, has retracted the statement he made in which he claimed that five DA councillors who resigned were implicated in tender irregularities and maladministration. Maimane's spokesperson, Graham Charters says the statement has since been withdrawn.

SANEF members made it their mission to expose Gupta corruption for last 5 years. Today they say Multichoice must explain its decision to can GUPTA7 because "there is no evidence of any corruption" having taken place at ANN7. MultiChoice speaks of “mistakes”. I'm officially lost.
