Every time I post steak and eggs, there is someone’s in my comments. “And what are your cholesterol numbers after eating that?” Yes. I eat steak and eggs on purpose. Because they keep me full. Because I don’t have cravings. Because my meals stay simple. Because I’m not building my life around low fat logic. Quick reality check. Your body makes cholesterol. Every day. For a reason. So the idea that a steak and a couple of eggs is automatically “dangerous” is honestly wild. And the strangest part is watching people talk about cholesterol like it’s a toxin. It’s used to build things. Hormones. Cell membranes. Bile. Your body doesn’t make it to harm you. If steak and eggs aren’t your thing, you don’t have to eat them. But if you’re going to panic about “cholesterol,” at least be specific. Do you know your ratios or what your triglycerides level is… or are you just repeating the same old one liner you’ve heard your whole life? If you’ve actually tested, what happened to your numbers when you changed your diet?

This movie would actually go so hard. This is peak 80s dark fantasy. If you like the music, this is by (or inspired by) composer Susumu Hirasawa. Hirasawa did the soundtrack to Berserk and The Satoshi Kon movies (Paprika, Millennium Actress, etc.) His music defined the genre, he's in a class of his own. If AI can bring back the Dark Fantasy genre we're all for it.
