If California Democrats were smart they should start all rallying behind Katie Porter. She is the only one with the humanity, compassion and civility to get this done.....

Scott Bessent announces a MASSIVE investigation into more than 100 money service businesses along the US Border "This sweeping operation will help root out potential cartel-related money laundering from the U.S. financial system.” Do you support this? YES or NO?

Hey @XavierBecerra, a state of emergency is for conditions of disaster or extreme peril, not because insurance rates are too high. If you’ve read the statute, you’d know the Governor can’t just declare an “insurance emergency” to bypass California law. Families need real solutions, not made-up executive powers.

@SolaGirlDad3 @wcmclaa @TolentinoTeach He's not far off. It exposed the teachers unions and many teachers. They aren't the altruistic stewards they had manipulated into believing. Over 100k children have left the CA school systems to protect their kids.

If you haven’t taught in a classroom post-Covid, you don’t know what it is like to teach the modern student. The students have changed. Teaching has changed. You have to be in the classroom daily to understand what I mean.

@a43767796 @TolentinoTeach It wasnt covid. It was the teacher unions reaction to covid that damaged the parents and children.

@TolentinoTeach I was there my last years teaching, retired 2023. Covid killed public education in the same way it killed individuals - those with existing co-morbidities were hurt the most, and public schools have been failing for a long time. A heartbreaking thing to witness.

@derbyfig She’s just not doing it for me! I find her boring and this whole fish out of water act is tiring. Like don’t pretend you didn’t know what show you were signing up for. It’s a show about partying, drama, and having fun so this whole act is just stupid in my opinion

We really don’t need these 5 to return next season 🤷🏼‍♂️ They were all pretty irrelevant to the season and I don’t really care to hear their opinions on this whole scandal #SummerHouse

California Supreme Court Slaps Down Rogue Coastal Commission Power Grab The California Coastal Commission just got a long-overdue reality check. In a unanimous ruling today, the state Supreme Court declared that the unelected bureaucrats at the Commission unlawfully hijacked a local homebuilding project in Los Osos, overriding San Luis Obispo County's approved permits for Shear Development. Here's the outrage: Back in 2003, the developer bought residential lots, built the infrastructure with county approval, and got the green light for homes in 2017 under the official Local Coastal Program. But the Commission, ever the meddling overlords, stepped in and killed the project anyway. Their excuse? Some unofficial doodle buried in a county plan—not the binding maps the law actually requires. For decades, this rogue agency has treated itself like an all-powerful king, twisting rules, inventing jurisdiction, and crushing property rights to block homes, businesses, and basic development along the coast. They don't follow the law; they rewrite it on the fly to suit their radical anti-growth agenda. Homebuilders and families pay the price with years of delays, skyrocketing costs, and lost opportunities in a state already strangled by housing shortages. Pacific Legal Foundation fought back and won big. This decision reins in the Commission's habit of second-guessing local governments and reminds everyone that bureaucrats can't just make up their own rules. It's a rare win for sanity, echoing the landmark Nollan case from 40 years ago that first checked their extortion tactics. Enough is enough. The Coastal Commission has morphed into an unaccountable barrier to affordable housing and economic freedom. Time to clip its wings permanently before it wrecks more dreams in the name of "coastal protection." Property owners and local communities—not faceless regulators—should decide what gets built where. Victory for freedom today. But the fight against California's regulatory stranglehold continues.
