The real bottleneck in AI isn't compute. It's your mental bandwidth. You can scale swarms of agents all day, but you can’t scale the human in the loop. 🎬📽️

@theo CLI is just for flexing at this point. It makes non-devs feel like they’re “real developers.”

Just learned it's literally impossible to paste images into Claude Code over SSH. How do you CLI people live like this??

@0xJuliechen The market is actually on LinkedIn & Facebook. Most of us on X are just singing to the choir.

@moritzkremb It’s been a patten since late 2024, I won’t be surprised if Gemini steals the show in June & Grok/Cursor becomes the hype in July.

Feels like everyone in the Twitter AI bubble is switching to Codex lately But I think Anthropic will release something new soon, like a new model, way better app, or crazy new features and then everyone will just flock back

The funniest outcome is the Forward Deployed Engineer content economy outperforming the actual Forward Deployed Engineer job.

One of the most selfish things you can do right now is ask someone a technical question you could easily ask ChatGPT/Claude…especially when you know they’ll probably use AI to explain it to you anyway.

I’m reverse-engineering the Google AI mouse pointer and making it Open Source! It sees your screen. You can freeform paint anything and ask AI to modify it. It understands the app or window you mean. It can click, type, edit, navigate, and even write + execute code. A tiny cursor becoming a real computer-use agent. Made with the help of @trycua which is an AMAZING reference for computer use Sorry @GoogleDeepMind but I had to do this @heyclicky Started a revolution and we will be the ones to win Also credits to @BuildwithOmkarr for the help Feel free to modify it , update it and make it your own, we gotta beat them at this. Link to the repo in the comments:

We’re reimagining a 50-year-old interface - the mouse pointer - with AI. 🖱️ These experimental demos show how people can intuitively direct Gemini on their screens using motion, speech, and natural shorthand to get things done 🧵

This video is 100% AI btw > Made entirely with Midjourney 8.1 + NBP + Seedance 2 > ~$800 in credits spent > Originally turned around in <24 hours 2026 is the year where you'll stop noticing what content is AI and what isn't

Watching the industry react to OpenAI & Anthropic pushing deployment-first AI consulting this week. The market is slowly realizing the moat was never “using AI.” The moat is understanding systems, context, execution & building the operational harness around the models. 4-figure/hr billing in 2026 doesn’t sound crazy anymore 😎

Outside of engagement farming, the opportunity in AI for solo/small teams is probably not in the X/Reddit demographic who can (and will) clone your idea over lunch. A lot of what goes viral on this app feels like devs showing off their sophisticated workflows, abstractions, & UI experiments…stuff regular people neither understand nor care about. Regular people & businesses have very real operational problems & are not asking for agentic workflows or care about design heuristics or AI Slop. They want something that helps them operate better, faster, safer, or more profitably. Most of them are also not online posting their pain points in startup jargon. You usually have to go out, meet them where they are, understand how they work & show them directly how your solution helps. That market is much larger than people think. Cue: 99.7% of the global population has never paid for an AI subscription.

The 2-4 hours you spend scrolling each day (or 730-1460 hours each year) is more than enough time to write a book, build a business, or get in shape. In the moment, it seems like nothing. That's why it's so dangerous. Your time disappears without you being conscious of it.

@nikitabier we need community notes but for engagement bait accounts. Would save millions of collective hours wasted replying to obvious rage bait.
