@destinweakley3 Total Property taxes in Frisco range from 1.67 to 1.75% 1.75% x $1,000,000 = $17,500 I think there might be 5-10 homes total in our neighborhood that come in less than 10k annually and we are a fairly typical Frisco neighborhood

If you purchase a million dollar home in Frisco, TX (or many other Dallas suburbs), you will pay over $2000 a month for the rest of your life even when the home is paid off And those tax and insurance numbers only go up, so perhaps it’s $3000/mo in a decade Total insanity

@dallas_ak @texasrunnerDFW yep im an agent near the area and it pisses me off when people inflate data to make a motive.. 5-6 months of inventory was the normal before COVID. Prosper, just as the city limits, has 4.5 months of inventory.. But we have "experts" on here posting misleading data 😂
