Introducing: Shared Money, Shared Power and Shared Control in my Command & Conquer Generals Zero Hour remaster:
- Shared Money: In a multiplayer game, the cash is shared between all players on the same team. If you collect supplies, it adds to the common pool, and if you spend it takes from the common pool.
- Shared Power: Everyone on the same team shares the power grid. You share the power you produce, and all go offline if the consumption is too high or sabotaged.
- Shared Control: Everyone on the same team can control their teammates units and structures. You can issue build and upgrade commands on your friends buildings, and move and attack using their units. You won't be able to sell your teammates buildings and XP earned using their units goes to their team.
Additionally we have:
- AI Checks Money: In the original game even though AI spends money, in the event of running out of cash they still cheat and build units and structures. This mode disables that behavior.
If this mode is enabled together with "Shared Money," the AI will not surrender if it runs out of money and can't build anything, provided it still has the means to build something if it had money. It hopes teammates can find some cash for it to start up again.
- AI Builds CC: In the original game AI players never rebuild their Command Center. This makes it easy to defeat them, as you first target their Command Centers, then Dozers, then finish them off. Enabling this flag makes them prioritize a Command Center rebuild in the event they lose one.

@NatSciChannel Even if we consider that core "survived" it certainly won't be really soon when planet will form a stable sphere again, and you can be sure that all life was obliterated on it, except for some tardigrades perhaps.
Also "drilling" and punching through are very different.

I know this is a cartoon so logic is out the window, but irl would drilling a hole through a planet truly destroy it? or would gravity and molten rock re-join the planet relatively quickly afterwards?

You all seemed to like my pitch concept videos - here are some mockups, and a small video on the warping.
The main ship here is 100% a copy of the amazing work of @PaulC04 . Because these videos are never really supposed to be seen outside of.. well, just Nic and I - I usually just lean heavily into the inspirations! Final designs would always be changed - but I think its important to keep those early sparks where you can. :D Plus I had this wild idea of working with Paul - maybe someday... :D

@OleksandrVakula @duke_mort_pixel @GirlMedieval Весь сучасний "ШІ" це маркетинговий ребрендинг "нейронних мереж". Ні, вони не різні. Вони навчалися на різних матеріалах з різною метою, але "під капотом" там однакова відсутність реального розуміння промптів та своїх відповідей на них. ЗАВЖДИ перевіряй ВСЕ що вони пишуть/кажуть.

@duke_mort_pixel @GirlMedieval так AI же різний. Існує Generative AI, то там так, основна ціль - щось згенерувати. А можна розглядати AI більш широко, наприклад задача - за симптомами визначити захворювання. Тут більше до групування, а не генерації.

ми вертаємось до питання, що АІ - це розширена пошукова система і не більше
вона не створює рівноцінний контент, не заміняє людської консультації у складних і навіть не складних випадках, воно не здатне думати над нюансованими кейсами
іншими словами, воно шукає, але не думає

Мені подобається чат GPT у базових питаннях - як обрати сольовий розчин, які є види вітаміну Д, як порахувати ібупрофен на вагу. Але більш глибокі питання - все ж потрібно обговорювати з лікарем.
