I want to launch a global movement This year, @dev3pack is doubling down on what matters: onboarding the next generation of builders and helping them stay. After a year of building a strong community and running non-scalable initiatives, I can finally say it: we’re ready to launch our biggest initiative yet, the dev3pack global hackathon. Not a classic one. 1️⃣ A vibe-coding bootcamp to get builders ready 2️⃣ A global hackathon with community vibes first (1,000+ students, 30+ local hubs worldwide) 3️⃣ A friendly startup 101 accelerator helping young founders level up before advanced programs Last week, a single post brought us ~350 student applications, and the global hackathon doesn’t even start until the end of May. Behind the scenes, this is what I actually spend my time doing: > Running hands-on educational programs > Scouting talent beyond crypto Twitter > Talking with local builders and grassroots communities > Partnering with universities > Connecting to the right people on LinkedIn > Showing up as a human and supporting passionate people Honestly, this *is* developer relations.
