shipnode 3.2.0-alpha is out. The main addition is opt-in blue-green (zero-downtime) deploys. How it works: 1. The new release boots on the idle colour's port while the live colour keeps serving traffic. 2. Health checks run against the new colour. 3. Only on success does Caddy flip the upstream (graceful reload, in-flight requests drained). 4. On failure, the old colour keeps serving. Users never see the bad release. 5. Rollback is an instant Caddy flip back to the previous colour. No restart required. Workers wait for health before reload, so a bad release does not leave workers on new code while traffic stays on the old colour. Also shipping in the recent v3 / alpha line: • Multi-app workspaces: deploy api + web (and more) from one shipnode.config.ts to one VPS, with --app targeting • Incremental backups via restic to S3-compatible storage (Cloudflare R2 works well), with list + restore • Setup bootstraps a deploy user by default (opt out with --no-deploy-user) • Live monitor TUI by @repsorp39 • harden flow, Cloudflare tunnel with one ingress per app domain • Atomic deploy lock, failed deploys revert current and record history Compatibility matters: • Blue-green is opt-in. No .zeroDowntime() means the recreate path is unchanged. • Existing 2.x / single-app configs still work. • Backup strategy defaults to snapshot. Restic is opt-in via strategy: 'restic'. • Alpha is not latest yet. Install the alpha tag deliberately. Try it: npm i -D @devalade/shipnode@3.2.0-alpha.0 If you deploy Node apps to a single VPS and care about safer releases without rewriting your setup, I would love feedback on the alpha.

Pro Tip for Codex 20x pro plan: Use GPT 5.6 Sol Extra high + GPT 5.6 Luna Extra High and you won't any limit. Sol writes the plan, Luna executes, Sol reviews. Running this flow for last 48 hours and no 5 hour limit hit.

@leodev I can't say that it's on the level of Fable but It's good a model

How is GPT 5.6 Luna Max (the really cheap one), performing as good as Fable 5 on DeepSWE? I haven't tried it but I really feel like something's up with this...
