Just discovered that if you don’t have an intra workout orange juice, you will inevitably cease to make any progress in the gym because that is the sole limiting factor to accumulating contractile tissue. Apparently 100gs of carbs consumed pre workout is negligible. Boy, the wonders of Fitness X.
