I wonder, (I’m not a legal expert) if the same law that protects a person who breaks a window in a locked vehicle to save an animal, could protect any person who breached locked building to save the dogs being exposed to tear gas and pepper spray, due to excessive force being used against protesters. A "good faith belief" in imminent harm might support limited civil protections in some narrow scenarios Wis. Stat. § 895.484 for certain rescues maybe? As long as the person called 911 to report their intention first? Where is aspca right now?? These dogs are in imminent danger with chemical agents being deployed! They can’t escape in their kennel!

For over a year, @WhiteCoatWaste has exposed @SecKennedy @NIHDirector_Jay for sending millions of new tax $ to labs that torture Ridglan beagles (& lying about it) despite pleas from GOP lawmakers, MAGA & MAHA allies & taxpayers. We told them to stop & they told us to shut up. Starting over a year ago, at their request, we provided Kennedy and Bhattacharya’s teams with info on taxpayer funded grants paying for cat and dog testing, including Fauci-approved experiments on Ridglan beagles. We also connected them with a sanctuary that was willing to rehabilitate and rehome all of the animals. Instead of shutting down the labs and retiring the survivors, the NIH gave the labs we identified more money. Jay and his deputy “animal testing czar” Nicole Kleinstreuer and others repeatedly lied to the public and said that they ended it. RFK literally lied to Congress about it this week. In truth, they doled out over $126 million in new funding to dog and cat labs since RFK took office. Since day one of RFK‘s tenure, he has had the authority to cut funding for these grants overnight. He has even admitted this. But instead, he has kept them alive. Senior NIH and HHS officials reached out to us and told us to shut up, and even abused their authority (and federal ethics rules) by reaching out to our board and urging them to disavow us for criticizing the agency’s continued funding for dog and cat testing. We have a long list of receipts proving all of this. If you wanna be mad about what’s happening at Ridglan, blame Jay, Nicole and RFK.
