What the actual. Robbie Williams tickets at @TheHallsWolves already sold out. I was on the @TicketmasterUK website from half 9. In the waiting room at 950 and in at queue at 10. Finally got it at 1008 and not even just 1 standing ticket available. Gutted.

2/2 getting the same error messages as I have been getting I cannot purchase online and now multiple items are out of stock so I am being penalised by boots and now I cannot order my items at all... And now I am even locked out of my account!

@marksandspencer I bought these joggers from Birmingham store over xmas.washed for the first time and they've shrunk by 4 inches... I would like a refund please and I can't get into bi to get one. No longer have receipt but do have proof of purchase via my bank account
