Check this out — Hansel Kay built a fully functional ESP32-C3 smartwatch from PCB to firmware, total parts cost about $12 USD. It does heart rate, SpO2, step tracking, BLE phone sync, raise-to-wake, and lasts 2-4 days on a small LiPo. Motion sensing and step counting run on our Gravity I2C BMI160, configured at the register level instead of through high-level libraries so he could fine-tune pedometer behavior and interrupt-driven wake. Not really C4002's sweet spot — it uses chest expansion just to confirm presence, so it outputs Occupancy / Distance / Energy rather than breath rate. For sleep breathing you'd want our C1001 (60GHz). It has a dedicated sleep mode that gives actual breath rate (10–25 BPM) and heart rate at ~1.5m chest distance — not medical-grade but solid for sleep tracking: dfrobot.com/product-2861.h…

@dfrobotcn I have a problem with this, hooked up everything, connected properly over only this connection. However the UI looks different and I cannot make a choice for either Console Output or press Flash Firmware. I managed to flash it as a esp32-s3 Devkit C1 but I would really like to flash it properly, any tips?
