These new claude tools are great, I'm a huge fan of how easy it makes this. This fully replaces the purpose of ChatGPT for me, and has a better model powering it! Web access, Google Maps, full scraping of websites, access to my local files, and basically anything else!

New breach: AlpineReplay had 900k unique email addresses breached in 2019. Data also included name, username, gender, DoB, weight and either unsalted MD5 or bcrypt password hashes. 88% were already in @haveibeenpwned haveibeenpwned.com

@willahmed @WHOOP This is a great update and for all the right reasons. As an ultra runner, I can’t move away from my Garmin watch; I love the whoop data, but don’t like wearing two straps. I’d love to see whoop iterate form factor and release a ring to give Oura a run for their money!

Steps now on @whoop…Why did I change my mind on Steps? (admittedly I spent a decade bashing the metric 😬) 1. Research now shows that step counts over 8200 / day lowers risk for variety of chronic diseases and obesity. 2. Members really wanted it. 3. We can measure Steps AND Strain. It doesn’t need to be an OR. Members who want it can use it, others can remove it. 4. I got tired of hearing that people would wear another device in addition to @whoop solely to get Steps which is a lousy member experience. Should be a net positive. Enjoy 👊🏼
