How about in America? Many years ago Tucker Carlson had a segment that involved the Utah Jazz basketball team. Every year the team offers several college scholarships. If you are Hindu, need not apply. Scholarships were not based on grades, or character. When something like this exists, it is easier for people to 'harass' Hindus. Tucker Carlson attempted to ask the NBA league to comment, they refused. As a private owned business - the Utah Jazz ownership does have the right to conduct business like this. Yes, mandating or pressuring people to buy from Black-owned businesses (or any single racial/ethnic group) is discriminatory and meets the legal and common-sense definition of racism.
