I recently started an accountability for myself to challenge myself to wake up before 5am everyday no matter the day. My previous record I came in at 23 days but fell off about 8 days ago because I was under the weather. I fell down but it’s ok. Time to get back to it. Day1

@BraydonCoyer It’s funny that you say that because their schedule from when they were little is so ingrained in me that I still have breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the same time, and for the most part, their sleep schedule as well. lol!
